AMR Analyze saved thousands of dollars for Greeneville Light and Power customers this winter by using its Statistical Process Control features to identify power usage patterns indicating that the customer's heat pump compressor had failed and the unit was heating with the ineffecient emergency heating system. In January 2007, WCYB TV news in Bristol TN/VA included a feature on their nightly news that describes the process and commented positively on the software and the forward thinking of the Greeneville Light and Power.
